  • Congratulations on a first rate tribute to our fallen vets. The flags looked wonderful. A special Memorial Day.

  • Nearly 2 months ago we unexpectedly and tragically lost our son.  In looking for funeral homes, we found Hodges Funeral Home.  The moment we walked in, the staff was so helpful, caring, and made the process easier than what we expected.  From the decorations, flowers, comfort, space provided, greeting of guests, parking, etc., the staff was there for us through the whole process.  They went above and beyond anything we ever requested and expected from them.  We’d like to also recognize Seth and Michelle who were extremely helpful and caring.  One of the things that truly touched our hearts and that we will never forget, was that the entire staff wore our son’s favorite colors, red and black.  We had over 500 people show up for the funeral, and the staff made sure they all were comfortable.  Our family and friends were all impressed.  Hodges Funeral Home also created and handed out key chains in memory of our son, which we did not expect.  They still continue to go above and beyond, as they have provided us with continued support.  We plan on putting our son’s ashes to rest soon, and Hodges Funeral Home has offered us their services for anything we need in order to make this process a little easier.  We will always be grateful to Hodges and all their wonderful staff.

Be careful in dealing with this funeral home. They are scam artists. They ripped off my mother in law for thousands and are not refusing to honor her pre-arranged funeral agreements on the basis that they "lost" the contracts or so they claim. She is on a fixed income and had to sell family heirlooms to pay for her sons funeral when she already had money she had set aside and they claimed she hadn't paid anything. After her son's funeral they magically "found" her payments but are refusing to refund it to her. Secondly, she has two prearranged agreements with them that she has paid and they claim they don't have the contracts (Which she has her copy of) and again are refusing to honor her contracts and are wanting to charge her thousands more for an immediate burial for her husband. This place was great when it was owned by the Hodges family, now it's an unfeeling corporate rip off. BEWARE!!!
